The North East Culture Partnership (NECP) is a collective of arts, culture and heritage people who together, are building on the strengths of the North East’s diverse communities, brokering opportunities for further engagement and looking for creative ways to drive investment in the North East’s cultural future.
We are looking for energetic new Board Members to help us shape and deliver our North East Case for Culture.
Our board brings together partners from across the North East of England to lead working groups, events and engagement and includes representatives from the public sector, the cultural and historic environment, universities and colleges, business and the voluntary sector.
If you believe the North East is a unique, vibrant and creative place to live, work and thrive and you can bring your own unique skills to the fore to further NECP and the region, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for drive, energy and distinctive skills, however, no previous Board experience is required.
Applicants should provide:
- A letter of no more than 2 pages setting out their interest in the role, how they meet the person specification and what skills or experiences they can contribute.
- A current CV of no more than 3 pages
- A completed equality monitoring form which is in the recruitment pack (NB: this will not be used to assess applications.)
