The North East Culture Partnership Launches Two Surveys

The North East Culture Partnership has launched two new surveys as it continues to make the Case for Culture. We are running our fifth International Working survey and have also launched a survey about Capital Repairs, Replacement and Renewal.

The North East Culture Partnership (NECP) has conducted regular surveys of international working every two years across the culture sector since 2015. One decade on, we have launched our fifth international working survey, to be completed by Monday 12th May.

Our focus is to look at how North East England arts and heritage organisations are finding ways to work with international partners, including funding and policy opportunities within the sector.

We would love to hear how your organisation or cultural freelance practice works internationally or aspires to work internationally.

The North East Culture Partnership has also launched a survey specifically about Capital Repairs, Replacement and Development. Again, the deadline for taking the survey is Monday 12th May 2025.

If you are an organisation that owns or leases a building, or significant equipment and physical assets, it would be great if you can complete the survey. By contributing, you’ll be helping to inform a picture about the scale of investment which is needed across the region’s capital cultural assets for repair and renewal.

The North East Culture Partnership will use the results of this survey towards making a positive case for investment into arts and heritage buildings in the region.
